Senior Real Estate Tax Relief Program
In February, the Audrain County Commission passed an ordinance implementing the senior tax credit program, which was effective with the passage of Senate Bill 190 (2023) and Senate Bill 756 (2024). This enables residents aged 62 or older to apply for a tax credit on their primary residence.
We hope this page answers any questions you have and allows you to download the application. The Audrain County Collector’s Office will accept applications from April 1 to June 30 each year.
