The primary objective of the Prosecuting Attorney's office and staff is to achieve justice for the citizens of Audrain County. The dedicated staff and Prosecutor work diligently every day to achieve this mission.

The Prosecuting Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of crimes occurring within Audrain County, including, but not limited to:

Traffic Offenses
Drug Crimes
Insufficient Funds Checks
Domestic Assaults
Criminal Non-Support
Sexual Assault
Murder

The Prosecuting Attorney also represents Audrain County and the Missouri Department of Revenue in civil matters. It also oversees a Child Support Enforcement Unit that works to ensure the children of Audrain County receive the financial and medical support to which they are entitled.

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is available for law enforcement and public safety needs 24/7 through the Prosecuting Attorney always being on call.
