Welcome to the webpage of the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney. The primary objective of my office and staff is to achieve justice for the citizens of Audrain County.  My dedicated staff and I work diligently every day to achieve this mission.  The Prosecuting Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of crimes occurring within Audrain County including, but not limited to:

  • Traffic Offenses
  • Drug Crimes
  • Insufficient Funds Checks
  • Domestic Assaults
  • Criminal Non-Support
  • Sexual Assault
  • Murder.

We also represent Audrain County and the Missouri Department of Revenue in civil matters. I also oversee a Child Support Enforcement Unit that works to ensure the children of Audrain County receive the financial and medical support to which they are entitled.
